Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions chopped (for garnish)
  • Parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thinly slice the chicken breasts if you haven’t done so already.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, mayonnaise, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  4. In your baking dish, lay the thinly sliced chicken breasts in a single layer.
  5. Spread the cheesy mixture generously over the chicken breasts.
  6. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter option, use low-fat cream cheese and reduced-fat mayonnaise.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
