  • 4 cups cauliflower florets fresh and crisp
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, hot sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them in the sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated cauliflower florets onto a sheet pan in a single layer.
  6. Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and roast for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
