  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup flour all-purpose
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 Tbsp sliced almonds
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Grease your baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, and almond extract. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Step 4: Add the flour and sugar. Gently fold until just combined.
  5. Step 5: Fold in the sliced almonds evenly.
  6. Step 6: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Step 7: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
