  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Broccoli - Wash the broccoli crowns thoroughly and break them into large florets.
  2. Step 2: Toss with Oil and Seasonings - In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets with olive oil, tamari, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Step 3: Preheat the Air Fryer - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Air Fry the Broccoli - Place the seasoned florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Step 5: Add Optional Toppings - Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds if desired.
