Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes halved lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash the fingerling potatoes thoroughly under cold water. Slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned potatoes in the fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
