- Wash the fingerling potatoes thoroughly under cold water. Slice them in half lengthwise.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well-coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned potatoes in the fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
