Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 12 pieces frozen potstickers
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or other preferred sauce for dipping
  • Green onions chopped, for garnish

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Serving platter
  • Chopping board

Method

Instructions
  1. Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). This step is crucial for getting that perfect golden brown finish on your potstickers.
  2. While your air fryer is preheating, take your frozen potstickers out of the package. There’s no need to thaw them; they can go straight from the freezer into the air fryer!
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray to prevent the potstickers from sticking. This will ensure they come out easily and maintain their shape.
  4. Place the frozen potstickers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking and crispiness. If you have more potstickers, you can cook them in batches.
  5. Air fry the potstickers for about 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through. You'll know they’re ready when they turn golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once cooked, remove the potstickers from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onions for a pop of color and flavor. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider marinating the potstickers in a bit of soy sauce before air frying.
  • Experiment with different fillings like chicken, pork, or veggies to suit your taste.
  • Be sure to keep an eye on the potstickers during the last few minutes of cooking to prevent burning.
  • Let them rest for a minute before serving; they’ll be piping hot right out of the air fryer!
