  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs gluten-free if needed
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even cooking.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, oregano, crushed red pepper, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Step 3: Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Step 4: Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  5. Step 5: Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.

  • Use lean ground turkey as an alternative to chicken.
