Preparation Steps:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Finely chop the 1/2 small yellow onion.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped onion, egg, Greek yogurt, panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, fresh herbs, dried oregano, beef bouillon (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until just combined.
- Step 4: Gently add the pound of ground turkey to the mixture. Incorporate it without overmixing.
