  • 12 count Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • 1 cup Arby's sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 12 ounces deli roast beef thinly sliced
  • 6 slices American cheese melts beautifully
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 dash poppy seeds optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Lightly grease your 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Step 3: Carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  4. Step 4: Spread half of the Arby's sauce over the bottom halves, layer on the roast beef, then the cheese, and drizzle remaining sauce on top.
  5. Step 5: Place the top halves back on, pressing down gently.
  6. Step 6: In a bowl, combine melted butter, onion flakes, and poppy seeds.
  7. Step 7: Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Step 8: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  9. Step 9: Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sliced jalapeños or banana peppers.
  • Substitute cheese with provolone or pepper jack for variety.
  • This recipe can be doubled for larger gatherings.
