  • a pinch salt
  • ¾ cup jimmies sprinkles plus more for topping

  • Medium saucepan
  • Rubber spatula
  • 9-inch square baking pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Sharp knife

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the dry yellow cake mix, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the jimmies sprinkles, reserving a few for topping later.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved jimmies on top, pressing them gently into the surface.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Use high-quality white chocolate chips for the best flavor.
  • Fresh yellow cake mix enhances the taste and texture of the fudge.
  • For a variation, try using chocolate cake mix instead of yellow cake mix.
