Preparation Steps
- Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang on the sides.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the dry yellow cake mix, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the jimmies sprinkles, reserving a few for topping later.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the reserved jimmies on top, pressing them gently into the surface.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
- Use high-quality white chocolate chips for the best flavor.
- Fresh yellow cake mix enhances the taste and texture of the fudge.
- For a variation, try using chocolate cake mix instead of yellow cake mix.
