  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce Franks or Tapatío

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Boiled Eggs. Place the eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover the pot and turn off the heat. Let sit for about 9-12 minutes. Plunge into an ice bath.
  2. Step 2: Make the Seasoning. In a mixing bowl, combine kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Slice the Eggs. Once cooled, crack and peel the eggs under running water. Slice each egg in half lengthwise.
  4. Step 4: Season the Eggs. Sprinkle the prepared seasoning generously over the halved eggs. Adjust to taste.
  5. Step 5: Serve and Enjoy! Arrange on a serving plate and enjoy warm or cold.
