Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat cereal
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon flax seeds

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the quick-cooking rolled oats, buckwheat cereal, chia seeds, flax seeds, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until all the dry ingredients are well incorporated with the wet mixture.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped almonds, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a jar or container with a lid. Seal it tightly and place it in the refrigerator. Let it sit overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
  5. In the morning, give your Brekki Overnight Oats a good stir. Feel free to add more almond milk if you prefer a creamier texture. Top with additional almonds, fresh fruits, or a drizzle of maple syrup before enjoying!
