- Step 1: Prepare the Sausage - Start by removing the casing from the andouille sausages. Slice them into bite-sized pieces.
- Step 2: Cook the Sausage - In a skillet over medium heat, add the sliced sausage. Cook until browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
