Start by peeling and chopping the medium carrots into smaller pieces. This will help them blend more easily.
In your high-speed blender, combine the chopped carrots, fresh organic orange juice, frozen red berries, and Greek yogurt. If you’re using honey, add it in at this stage.
Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, feel free to add a little more orange juice or water to reach your desired consistency.
Give your smoothie a taste. If you prefer it sweeter, add a little more honey and blend again.
