  • 8 oz cream cheese or vegan cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar sugar-free alternative optional
  • 3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or sprinkles

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together using a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar to the mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Add the pure vanilla extract and mix well until evenly combined.
  4. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips or sprinkles using a spatula.
  5. Scoop the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Once chilled, unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a serving platter. Roll it in additional chocolate chips or sprinkles if desired.
  7. Serve with your choice of dippers and enjoy!

  • For a dairy-free option, use vegan cream cheese.
  • Substitute peanut butter with almond butter for a different flavor.
