- Scoop the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once chilled, unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a serving platter. Roll it in additional chocolate chips or sprinkles if desired.
