  2. Step 2: Prepare the Avocados - In your mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocados using a fork or potato masher until they are completely smooth.
  3. Step 3: Combine Wet Ingredients - Add the melted butter, eggs, maple syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract to the mashed avocados. Mix everything together until well combined and smooth.
  4. Step 4: Add Dry Ingredients - Sprinkle in the almond flour, cocoa powder (reserve 1 tablespoon for later), baking powder, espresso powder (if using), and sea salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Step 5: Stir in Chocolate Chunks - Fold in the chocolate chunks or chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
