Chocolate Yogurt (Like Pudding!)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (120g)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1-3 teaspoons powdered sweetener (optional)

Method
 

  1. Start by measuring out 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, and your choice of powdered sweetener.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and cocoa powder. If you’re using a sweetener, add it in now as well.
  3. Using a whisk or a spoon, mix the ingredients together until they are fully combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no lumps of cocoa powder remaining.
  4. At this point, taste your chocolate yogurt. If you prefer it sweeter, gradually add more powdered sweetener, mixing thoroughly after each addition until you reach your desired level of sweetness.
  5. You can enjoy your Chocolate Yogurt right away, or for an even cooler treat, chill it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Serve it in individual bowls and enjoy!

Notes

  • Substitute Greek yogurt with regular or dairy-free yogurt if needed.
  • Add flavor with a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of sea salt.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
