  • 6 cups Cocoa Krispies cereal
  • 5 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 16 ounces Miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Pan - Start by greasing your 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Step 2: Melt the Butter and Marshmallows - In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add 12 ounces of miniature marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Mix in the Cocoa Powder - Add the cocoa powder to the melted marshmallow mixture and stir until combined.
  4. Step 4: Combine with Cereal - Gently fold in the Cocoa Krispies cereal until fully coated.
  5. Step 5: Add Chocolate Chips - Stir in the remaining 4 ounces of miniature marshmallows and chocolate chips.
