  • 7 ounces semi-sweet chocolate roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder for glaze

Method
 

Directions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Donut Pan - Lightly grease your donut pan with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Step 3: Combine Dry Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, espresso powder, and salt.
