Start by lining your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Finely chop the white chocolate into small pieces.
Place the chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and smooth.
Once melted, let the chocolate cool for a minute, then gently fold in the coarsely chopped Oreo cookies.
Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about ½ inch thick.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 1–2 hours, or until set.
Once set, break into pieces of your desired size.
Enjoy immediately or package for later!
