Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces white chocolate finely chopped
  • 20 units Double Stuff Oreo cookies coarsely chopped

Method
 

  1. Start by lining your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Finely chop the white chocolate into small pieces.
  3. Place the chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and smooth.
  4. Once melted, let the chocolate cool for a minute, then gently fold in the coarsely chopped Oreo cookies.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about ½ inch thick.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1–2 hours, or until set.
  7. Once set, break into pieces of your desired size.
  8. Enjoy immediately or package for later!
