  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 oz jarred julienned sun dried tomatoes (drained)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • Fresh parsley (chopped) for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Step 2: Sear the Chicken. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Step 3: Make the Creamy Sauce. In the same skillet, reduce heat, add cream cheese, and stir until melting. Add sun dried tomatoes and garlic powder, mixing well.
  4. Step 4: Combine with Cheese. Gradually stir in mozzarella cheese, allowing it to melt into a creamy sauce. Adjust consistency with chicken broth if needed.
  5. Step 5: Return the Chicken. Add chicken back to the skillet, coating it with sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to absorb flavors.
  6. Step 6: Garnish and Serve. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the chicken and serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • For a little kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • Feel free to substitute mozzarella with parmesan or cheddar for a different flavor profile.
