  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for cinnamon sugar mix
  • 1.5-3 teaspoons ground cinnamon for sweet option

Method

  4. Drizzle the oil or melted butter mixture over the tortilla triangles and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the coated tortilla triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet to avoid overcrowding.
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, watching closely to prevent burning.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with sea salt and any additional seasonings, and let cool on a cooling rack.
