Cooking Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 7-9 minutes.
- Once cooked, carefully drain the noodles in a colander, shaking off excess water.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the salted butter. Allow it to bubble gently, but be careful not to let it brown.
- Add the drained egg noodles to the skillet with the melted butter. Stir gently to coat the noodles evenly with the butter.
- Sprinkle in the chopped fresh dill, Hungarian paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
- Once everything is well mixed and heated through, remove from heat and serve the Dilled Egg Noodles warm.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- To prevent sticking, toss noodles with melted butter immediately after draining.
- For a vegan version, use plant-based butter and vegan egg noodles.
