  1. Step 1: Prepare the Dates - Pitting your Medjool dates if they aren’t already pitted helps your food processor blend smoothly.
  2. Step 2: Blend the Ingredients - In your food processor, combine the pitted dates, raw cacao powder, and melted coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Taste and Adjust - If you prefer sweeter truffles, add more cacao powder or a natural sweetener. Blend again.
  4. Step 4: Roll the Truffles - Scoop out the mixture and roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Step 5: Coat the Truffles - Roll the truffles in additional raw cacao powder if desired.
  6. Step 6: Chill and Serve - Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to set before enjoying.
