- Step 4: Roll the Truffles - Scoop out the mixture and roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Step 5: Coat the Truffles - Roll the truffles in additional raw cacao powder if desired.
- Step 6: Chill and Serve - Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to set before enjoying.
