In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, herb seasoning, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, milk, egg, and shredded cheese until smooth.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold them together until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle a pinch of extra salt over the tops.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and risen.
Cool slightly before serving warm.
