Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the 10.5-oz can of Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of milk. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Keep an eye on it, as you don’t want it to scorch on the bottom.
- Once the mixture is boiling, add 1 cup of uncooked regular long-grain white rice. Stir well to ensure the rice is evenly distributed in the liquid.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan with a lid, and let it simmer for about 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
- After the cooking time, remove the saucepan from the heat. Let it sit for about 5 minutes, then fluff the rice gently with a fork. Serve warm and enjoy!
