Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 1 can Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice

Equipment

  • Medium saucepan
  • Measuring cups
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Serving dish

Method

Instructions:
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the 10.5-oz can of Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of milk. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Keep an eye on it, as you don’t want it to scorch on the bottom.
  3. Once the mixture is boiling, add 1 cup of uncooked regular long-grain white rice. Stir well to ensure the rice is evenly distributed in the liquid.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan with a lid, and let it simmer for about 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
  5. After the cooking time, remove the saucepan from the heat. Let it sit for about 5 minutes, then fluff the rice gently with a fork. Serve warm and enjoy!
