Ingredients
  

  • 195 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2+ tablespoons baking powder
  • a pinch sea salt
  • 295 ml whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • Butter for cooking
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and sea salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, egg, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Stack the pancakes on a plate and drizzle with chocolate sauce or your favorite toppings.
