In a medium bowl, combine 3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. Use a whisk or spoon to blend them together until smooth and creamy.
To the yogurt and mayonnaise mixture, add 1 tablespoon of prepared horseradish, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, and 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard. These ingredients will provide the zesty and tangy flavors that make your remoulade irresistible.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the sauce to an airtight container. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
