Cooking Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and let it preheat while you prepare the chicken.
- Step 2: Remove the chicken from its packaging and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Step 3: Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the chicken, both inside the cavity and on the skin.
- Step 4: Stuff the chicken with the lemon quarters, garlic cloves, and rosemary.
- Step 5: Melt the butter and use a brush to coat the entire surface of the chicken.
- Step 6: Place the chicken breast-side up in the roasting pan and roast for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Step 7: Once cooked, remove the chicken and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before carving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Freeze the meat for up to 3 months for later meals.
- To reheat, use a covered dish in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
