  3. Step 3: Mix the Nuts - In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds, cashews, pecans, and pepitas.
  4. Step 4: Make the Espresso Glaze - Whisk together the warmed maple syrup, melted coconut oil, espresso powder, and kosher salt until smooth.
  5. Step 5: Coat the Nuts - Pour the espresso glaze over the mixed nuts and fold until coated.
  6. Step 6: Spread on Baking Sheet - Transfer the glazed nuts to the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Step 7: Roast the Nuts - Roast for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden.
