Start by peeling and mincing your small garlic clove. You can also use a garlic press for a finer texture. Next, finely grate your fresh ginger root, measuring out one teaspoon.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the ½ cup of mayonnaise. This will be the creamy base of your aioli.
To the bowl, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Then, pour in the 2 teaspoons of Sriracha sauce.
Using a whisk or fork, combine all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended. Taste and adjust the Sriracha if you prefer a spicier flavor.
Once your Ginger Sriracha Aioli is mixed, cover it with plastic wrap or transfer it to an airtight container. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve it alongside your favorite dishes or as a dipping sauce for an extra kick!
