Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even cooking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine lean ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix until well combined.
  3. With clean hands, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  5. Let them cool for a few minutes and serve with your favorite sauce or over gluten-free pasta.
