In your large skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and break it up as it cooks. Brown for about 5-7 minutes until it’s no longer pink.
Once the turkey is cooked, stir in the tomato sauce and tomato paste. Mix well until the turkey is evenly coated.
Sprinkle in the taco seasoning. Stir to combine and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes to meld the flavors.
Prepare your taco shells or tortillas. Spoon the turkey filling into each shell, adding your favorite toppings.
