Preparation Steps
  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.

  3. Step 3: In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla extract, egg whites, honey, and oil. Combine with the dry ingredients.
  4. Step 4: Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Step 5: Cool the granola completely and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
  6. Step 6: Assemble the cups by layering yogurt, granola, and berries in a cup. Repeat layers and finish with honey and nuts.
