- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Cut the sourdough bread into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Step 3: In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, honey, and oil. Whisk together until blended, then pour over the bread cubes.
- Step 4: Toss the bread cubes in the honey butter mixture until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper and toss again.
- Step 5: Spread the coated bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Step 6: Allow to cool on the baking sheet before enjoying as a topping or snack.
