Start by crumbling your 8-ounce block of feta into chunks. Rinse and pat dry the basil leaves, then roughly chop them. Mince the garlic cloves and halve the cherry tomatoes. Measure out your Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Add the feta chunks and Greek yogurt to your food processor or blender. Pulse a few times to start breaking down the feta, then blend continuously until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
To the whipped feta mixture, add the honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped basil. Pulse a few more times until everything is well combined and the basil is evenly distributed throughout the dip.
With the motor running, slowly drizzle in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Taste your dip and adjust the honey or lemon juice if needed.
Spoon the dip into a serving bowl. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, and a light drizzle of honey for a beautiful finish. Serve with warm pita bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.
