Gather all your ingredients and tools. Open the cans of crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, and measure out your spices.
In a large pot or Dutch oven, pour in the crushed tomatoes and add the tomato paste. Stir them together to create a thick sauce base.

Carefully add the frozen meatballs to the simmering sauce. Stir gently to coat the meatballs in the sauce.
Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Let the meatballs simmer in the sauce for about 30 minutes.
Once the meatballs are thoroughly heated, give the sauce a final stir. Serve your Italian meatballs over spaghetti, in a sub, or enjoy them on their own.
