- Start by toasting your slices of whole grain bread until they are golden brown and crispy. This adds a delightful crunch to your toast.
- Once your bread is toasted, generously spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each slice. Use the back of a spoon to create an even layer.
- Carefully place the thin avocado slices on top of the hummus. You can fan them out or layer them, depending on your preference.
- Now it’s time to add the cucumber slices and radish on top of the avocado. Arrange them as you like for an appealing presentation.
- Sprinkle the toast with kosher salt and black pepper to taste. If you enjoy a bit of heat, add crushed red pepper flakes as well.
- Add a handful of baby arugula on top of your toast. This not only adds flavor but also a lovely pop of color.
- Squeeze a wedge of fresh lemon over the top of your toast for a zesty finish. If you like, you can also sprinkle everything bagel seasoning for extra crunch and flavor.
