  • 1/2 cup butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 cup sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips or sugar-free chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and let the cream cheese and butter sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. In your mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter (or nut butter). Use an electric mixer or whisk to blend them together until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add your sweetener of choice to the cream cheese and butter mixture and ensure it’s well incorporated and smooth.
  4. Pour in the pure vanilla extract and, if desired, the salt. Mix until everything is evenly combined and smooth.
  5. Fold in your chocolate chips (or sugar-free chocolate chips).
  6. For the best flavor, consider chilling your Keto Cookie Dough Dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.
