Ingredients
  

For the Tilapia:
  • 4 fillets Tilapia Fresh or frozen, thawed if frozen
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Unsalted
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons Parsley chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes For a pinch of heat
  • 2 Lemons For juice and slices as garnish
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Prepare the baking dish by lightly greasing it.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  4. Step 4: Place the tilapia fillets in the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Step 5: Pour the lemon butter sauce over the tilapia and squeeze juice from one lemon over the fish. Slice the other lemon and place on top.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Step 7: Garnish with additional parsley and serve immediately.

  • Freeze cooked tilapia wrapped tightly for up to 2 months.
