- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Prepare the baking dish by lightly greasing it.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Step 4: Place the tilapia fillets in the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Step 5: Pour the lemon butter sauce over the tilapia and squeeze juice from one lemon over the fish. Slice the other lemon and place on top.
- Step 6: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 7: Garnish with additional parsley and serve immediately.
