- Step 1: Prepare the Pie Crust - If using a homemade crust, roll it out and fit it into your pie dish. For a refrigerated crust, follow package instructions. Pre-bake the crust at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes to set it.
- Step 2: Make the Filling - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the light corn syrup, sugar, and salt until combined. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition. Stir in the melted butter.
- Step 3: Add Nuts and Chocolate - Gently fold in the chopped macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips using a spatula.
- Step 4: Pour the Filling - Carefully pour the filling mixture into the pre-baked pie crust and spread evenly.
- Step 5: Bake the Pie - Bake in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes or until the filling is set and slightly puffed.
- Step 6: Cool and Serve - Remove from oven and let cool completely at room temperature before slicing and serving.
