- Step 5: Coat with CoconutRoll the bites in the remaining shredded coconut for added flavor and texture.
- Step 6: Chill and StoreRefrigerate the energy bites for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
