Cooking Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix with the milk. Whisk them together until smooth.
- Add the eggs and grapeseed oil to the batter. Whisk until well incorporated.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Lightly grease the pan and pour about ½ cup of batter, tilting to spread evenly. Cook until edges lift and bottom is golden.
- Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Fill crepes with desired fillings and enjoy!
Notes
- Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- Keep cooked crepes warm in a low oven.
- If batter is too thick, add a splash of milk.
