  • Spoon or spatula
  • Measuring cups
  • Baking sheet or platter

Method

  1. Gather all your ingredients. It’s always a good idea to have everything in one place before you begin.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and apple butter. Stir them together until they are well blended and smooth.
  3. Gradually add the finely ground graham cracker crumbs to the bowl. Mix well until the crumbs are thoroughly incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the finely chopped peanuts into the mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout.
  5. Using your hands, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls, about one inch in diameter. Place each ball on a baking sheet or platter.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to help the bites firm up.

Notes

  • Using high-quality ingredients can make a big difference in flavor.
  • Letting the bites chill for longer can enhance their flavor.
  • Experiment with different nut toppings for added variety.
