Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter honey-roasted recommended
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups old-fashioned whole-rolled oats avoid quick-cook or instant oats
  • 1 cup finely chopped peanuts lightly salted or salted
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup oat bran can substitute with oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. Mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the oats, chopped peanuts, raisins, dried cranberries, oat bran, and salt.
  4. Pour the dry mixture into the bowl with the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the granola mixture onto it, and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Once baked, let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking into clusters.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey to taste.
  • Add nuts like almonds or cashews for extra crunch.
  • Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh and crunchy.
  • Use unsweetened peanut butter and reduce honey for a less sweet version.
