Method
- Mash the banana in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, flaxmeal, vanilla, maple syrup, chocolate chips, and salt to the mashed banana.
- Mix thoroughly until the mixture is sticky and holds together.
- Form about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a ball. Repeat until all mixture is shaped into balls.
- Chill the balls on a baking sheet for at least 30 minutes to set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Freeze for longer storage, up to 3 months.
- These are great served cold or at room temperature.
