On one slice of bread, layer 3 slices of cheese. Top with another slice of bread to create a sandwich. Repeat for a second sandwich if desired.
Dip both sides of the assembled sandwich into the ramen noodle mixture, ensuring even coating.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of vegetable oil, making sure to coat the bottom evenly.
Once the oil is hot, place the coated sandwich in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Once both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted, remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, then slice in half and enjoy!
