Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter 2 sticks, melted
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Granulated sugar
  • 4 large Eggs at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract pure
  • ½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, folding gently with a spatula until just combined.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  9. Once baked, let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting them out to cool completely on a wire rack.
