Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • 8 strips chicken tenderloin (12.5 oz)
  • 1/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 4 stalks celery trimmed to 4-inch strips
  • 1/2 cup skinny blue cheese dressing (optional, for dipping)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This step is crucial for achieving that crispy texture we all love.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, and black pepper. Add the chicken tenderloins and drizzle with the oil. Toss everything together until the chicken is well-coated in the spice mixture.
  3. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Arrange the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Flip the strips halfway through baking for extra crispiness.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Pour the Frank's Hot Sauce over the chicken and toss until the strips are evenly coated.
  6. Plate the chicken strips along with the celery sticks for crunch and a refreshing contrast. Serve with the optional skinny blue cheese dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
