Ingredients
  

For the Bars:
  • 8 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 6 cups miniature marshmallows divided
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips divided
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Directions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Baking Dish - Begin by greasing your 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper for easy removal later.
  2. Step 2: Melt the Ingredients - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the unsalted butter, light corn syrup, and half of the milk chocolate chips (1 cup). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  3. Step 3: Add Flavor - Stir in the vanilla extract and salt once the chocolate mixture is melted.
  4. Step 4: Combine with Cereal - Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the Golden Grahams cereal in a large mixing bowl and gently fold the cereal into the mixture.
  5. Step 5: Add Marshmallows - Fold in 4 cups of the miniature marshmallows carefully to maintain their shape.
  6. Step 6: Transfer to Baking Dish - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press evenly into the pan with a rubber spatula.
  7. Step 7: Top with Chocolate and Marshmallows - Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of milk chocolate chips and 2 cups of miniature marshmallows on top.
  8. Step 8: Let Set - Allow the bars to cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours, or refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
